Driven - Listing extension

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with one of the extension. The Driven- Listing extension worked on my previous sites, but right now on my new site the images that I upload to the listings are not shown (only a small icon, that represent a 'not found image') You can check it here: http://jon.pincerakademia.hu/tanfolyamok/tanmenet. Sample Item and Sampme Item 2 should have images on the left side...

    I tried to change them, but it not a them related problem, other image uploads are working, it is not an image extension (.png, .jepg. etc.) problem. I don't know what else could I check...

    Please help me with that,

    Thx,

    Balázs

  • Hi...

    Well.. The image source can not be found. The source is wrong...

    It is:

    Code
    1. <img src="storage/listings-sample-00.jpeg" alt="Listings sample 00">

    It has to be:

    Code
    1. <img src="/storage/listings-sample-00.jpeg" alt="Listings sample 00">

    I don't know the extension... Can you define the source?

  • Hi,

    I have the same extension on two other sites, and there is no problem. The hosting provider is also the same... Yes you are right with the '/storage ', but I can only use the built in image upload, there is no way (I couldn't find) to manually change it /storage...

    Balazs

  • Hm... Maybe you should create an issue on the developer's website. I don't think it's something we could solve here.

    I see that the absolute path of the image is http://jon.pincerakademia.hu/tanfolyamok/storage/Ikonok/Pincér%20Akadémia%20-%20Vendégt%C3%ADpusok%20256x.png . So the storage path is wrong... It should be http://jon.pincerakademia.hu/storage/Ikonok/Pincér%20Akadémia%20-%20Vendégt%C3%ADpusok%20256x.png

  • As I know you can create custom templates. If you use them, consider finder only returns relative URLs. Have you tried

    HTML
    1. <!-- some code -->
    2. <img :src="$url(item.image)">
    3. <!-- more code -->

    -> `$url()` adds the base path to an given path

    But is that really possible in this extension? Or do you mean that he could create an override?

  • Yeah, its possible. You can define Lists and assign custom templates. In these template you can access all vue functions as you do a vue js component in the backend

    e.g this template
